"Anyone know where the Lins Wok carryout menu is?" I yelled. No one did. So when I picked up our order, I grabbed a menu, took it home, and put a copy on one of my web sites. No more searching for the menu. Problem solved.
"Wait a minute," I thought, " I can't be the only person who would like to see that menu online." So I bought "LinsWok.com" and put the menu there.
The folks at Lins Wok are really nice, and I tried to give them the domain name some years ago. I iniatiated the transfer process on my end, but they never completed their part of the process. So even though I moved away years and years ago, I've kept the domain name active.
GoDaddy tells me the LinsWok.com domain name is worth a pretty good chunk of money. I'm still on the fence about whether or not I really want to sell it, but if you're interested in the domain name, make me an offer.
